I spent a decade in strategic communications for defense and intelligence organizations — translating between technical experts, subject-matter specialists, and leadership who each needed the same truth in a different language. Signalform is that work for mission-driven organizations: narrative alignment first, then the site, the film, the campaign, the tool. Strategy that ships, because I build it myself.

Keep was a sprint for Common Era: a real brief, a hard tone target, and one rule — every constraint had to become a feature.

Four things it confirmed

Constraints are copy. Every “out of scope” is a chance to say what the product believes.
Freeze the seams first. Decide what’s shared before anything gets built, and the pieces stay one thing.
Protect the voice. One canonical copy file, no local rewrites. It stays whole.
Abstract over real. A suggestion carries more weight than a simulation.

Signalform is a practice for organizations that know something important and can’t yet say it plainly. I sit inside the problem long enough to find the grain of it, then build with it — narrative, brand, film, product. I work with AI the way a carver works with a good bandsaw: it clears the waste faster. It doesn’t decide the form.
